tSIP softphone: luacheck integration

Writing Lua script is quite error prone for me as I'm not fluent with this language - for example from time to time I'm accidentally using C syntax instead of Lua syntax. Luacheck is invaluable for detecting this type of problems.

Luacheck integration was added in tSIP 0.1.75.5. Binary linked below comes directly from luacheck github page - this is 64-bit executable.
